The only player to win the Champions League with three different clubs, Clarence Seedorf was one of the best midfielders of his generation, blessed with the ability and creativity to play in a number of roles in midfield.

The 43-year-old who went into management post retirement, won a total of five titles i.e (1 with Ajax, 2 with Madrid and Milan, respectively)

2. Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United, Real Madrid) - 5 Titles


The five-time Ballon d'Or winner, Cristiano Ronaldo can lay claim to be the best player in the history of the sport and has so far won five Champions League titles, being instrumental in all five of those title wins.

At 34, he doesn't seem to be slowing down and given that Juventus signed him to lead them to glory in Europe, he might just end his career at the top of this list.

The man with the most Champions League titles in the competitions history, Francisco Gento appeared in eight finals, winning six of them, all of which came for Real Madrid. The Spaniard retired after 18 years at the Bernabeu and was appointed the honorary president of the club, following the death of Alfredo Di Stefano.
