IG of Police has orders immediate withdrawal of E-Money's police escorts
The Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu, has ordered the immediate withdrawal of the police escorts made to the boss and Owner of Five Star Group, Emeka Okonkwo aka E-Money.
Confirming this to VERYCONCERN, the spokesman of the Lagos state command says a deriavatives order came from the Inspector General of Police's office for an effective withdrawal of the police escorts give to E-Money Boss (Emeka Okonkwo).
Yes I can confirm that police men have been withdrawn from him.'' Bala told VERYCONCERN.
On what could have bring such suggestion and decision from the police. The spokesman said he doesn't have the privilege to comment but can say authoritatively that the police escorts have been withdrawn immediately.
There are some available reports that E-Money chairman might have made the police authority angry over the abuse use of the privilege of getting some police escorts.
A police sourced said the police authorities has accused him of using his police escorts like a domestic servants which some of them were pictured as they opened the doors of his cars for him, and holding some materials for him and many other unofficial duties.
The Lagos state police command where also has been given a matching order to investigate every sources of his incomes.
E-Money is yet to comment on this development that the federal Government has put out.
