Veteran broadcaster, Dare Best Alabi, has passed on

The year 2020 has come with more than its own fair share of great losses. Just recently, a whole number of people were thrown into great mourning after the news of the loss of one of their own.
Veteran broadcaster, Dare Best Alabi, has reportedly passed on. The sad news was shared on social media via Facebook by one Bolanle Akinriyibi Soyombo.
According to Soyombo, Alabi died on May 18, 2020. The cause of his demise was however not mentioned.
Soyombo hailed the late Alabi as a vibrant and energetic broadcaster as he was obviously touched by his demise.
Soyombo shared a photo of the late Alabi and also accompanied it with words of praise and prayer.
He wrote: “We lost a vibrant, energetic and veteran broadcaster today.
This is a great loss to FIBAN Lagos chapter.
We lost a boss, father, brother, adviser and a great talent.
May your gentle soul rest in peace.
May God give your family and Fiban family Nationwide the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
And may He put an end to sorrow in our lives. Amen.”
