STAY COMMITTED, YOUR HUSTLE WILL PAY.

STAY COMMITTED, YOUR HUSTLE WILL PAY.
It takes a lot of bravery to wake up and decide you want to chase your entrepreneurial dreams.
To leave the comfort of paid employment and do your thing.

Many know to expect that it would be a bit rough, many don't.

Those who expect it, go in and realise it is a lot harder than they could have imagined.

You are building a brand, it takes time.
That time does not mean you are failing but it is difficult to grasp.

Someone asked me about public speaking and writing and I said "be patient. Learn to love what you do and forget about money for now", the look I got ehn, like I was crushing the dream instead of encouraging, but it is what it is, it takes time.

Someone I know spent decades writing poetry then about another decade building his brand, today he is at the top of the movement. Easy for people to think it just happened overnight but it didn't. There were several years of not just making zero from it but putting your own money into it.

A friend, having been a telecoms professional decided to be an MC. The pace of growth was super. This is the part many see when they go to him for mentoring but the same person spent his whole life, literally working on the comic skills and people networking aspects which now work wonders for him. Bottom-line, it takes time.

Go, make money elsewhere, come back, sink it into a dream without seeing immediate results.
That is very hard to stay true to but if you believe in your dream, you have to keep going.

Yes, you may have started your own private hustle recently and be at a point where you doubt yourself, wonder why you left the comfort zone of paid employment. You were not foolish, something drove you, that dream still exists. You will be broke o, ehen, just know that now. Your business may even barely break even but most businesses started fail in their first two years (this is according to Forbes). If you are still going strong then you are doing something good.

You seek the loyalty of people, people previously loyal to others. That means you not only need to perform better than people who are established, you need to do it consistently then wait as word goes around about you and your brand. This takes time.

Hold yourself to high standards but don't be discouraged, your time will come if you stay true and committed to your dreams.
