People desire certain traits for different reasons and as such, some things are more desired. It doesn't make the others bad, just significantly less desired.
An educated person is more desired than an illiterate.
A wealthy man more desired than a poor one.
A gentle lady more desired than a loud one.
Some of these we can control, others we cannot.
For instance, A 6ft 7 lady cannot control her height yet, that will make her less desirable.
A 5ft 2 man also cannot do anything about his height.
It's different with weight though as more times than not, we can do something about it. A dress size 24 lady of 22 will be less desired on the average than a size 12 lady of the same age and of similar character.
It is the same with hygiene and appearance, conduct, etc.

Yes, you can find people who'd love you as you are.
But understand that in addition to spiritual laws, the laws of demand and probability also guide our existence.
Don't put yourself in a position of disadvantage. If you have the power to make it better do so. Self love does not mean you shouldn't be real with how things are.
