POLICE OFFICER JAILED IN KANO FOR SODOMIZING TEENAGER
A Kano State high court sitting in Bompai, Kano has sentenced a police sergeant, Jamilu Muhammad to seven years imprisonment without an option of fine for sodomizing a 14-year-old boy.
VERYCONCERN reports that According to Galaxy TV correspondent Muhammad, a resident of Zango quarters in Kano city is convicted of luring the 14-year- old to his house where he raped him.
The offence contradicted section 284 of the Penal Code.
The trial judge Faruk Adamu Lawal also mandated the convict to pay N40,000 damages to the victim.
