Throwback Thursday with Richard Mofe Damijo

Throwing back today in photographs, the then and now of the iconic multi-talented actor born Richard Eyimofe Evans Mofe-Damijo in Warri, Delta state Nigeria, RMD as he's popularly called studied Theatre Arts in the University of Benin, and Law in the University of Lagos.

The actor, lawyer, before his time with Concord Newspapers, and Metro Magazine as a reporter, took part in the soap opera Ripples in the late 80's.

In 1997 RMD took on the project Out of Bounds, a 1 hour 55 minutes drama that was the first film for which he received a writer, producer credit.

The one time Special Adviser of Culture and Tourism to the then Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan, before becoming the Commissioner, for Culture and Tourism in Delta State.

Behind and Infront of our movie lens, has always been a force to reckon with. With so much admiration, for his craft and strides, these photos make throwbacks, worth it.
