Traffic officers rescue 8 victims in Akinyele-Moniya autocrash
Eight persons on Wednesday sustained various degree of injury in a multiple motor accident that occurred along Akinyele Moniya Iseyin road.
The first accident involved with registration number KTT420XV load with maize from Iseyin and a DAF truck with registration number LND 605 XS fully loaded with soft drinks from Ibadan axis.
Eyewitness account has it that the trailer filled with maize suffered a brake loss and the driver in an attempt to manovre rammed into the truck coming from Ibadan.
In another development, an 18 seater commercial bus with registration number NCH 313 XA coming from Ibadan on high speed had a head-on collision with a pick up van with registration number LSR 220 XB, close to the scene of the first accident
