Army Kills Seventy Armed Bandits In Kachia Forest
According to VERYCONCERN, The Army Troops of Operation Thunder Strike in collaboration with troops of Artillery Regiment of 312 also with Local Vigilante kills and Neutralized Seventy armed Bandits at Kachia Forest in Kaduna State.According to report gathered troops pursued the bandits through Gidan Maikeri village in Chikun LGA into the forest.
The targeted Area was identified and consequently engaged by Nigerian Air Force helicopter gunships. After the air interdiction, seventy armed bandits were reportedly killed by human intelligence while others escaped with many injuries.
In another development the troops of Operation YAKI at blocking positions of Operation ACCORD in outskirts of Kankomi village Neutralized 2 bandits logistics with recovered items of recharge cards, cigarettes, soft drinks and groceries.
How ever the military Chief commends and congratulates Operation THUNDER STRIKE, Operation YAKI and Air Component of Operation ACCORD, for their dexterity.
While responding he requested from general public to continue in providing timely and credible information that would assist in eradicating bandits and other criminal elements in the Country.
