FCT Religious Centres:Task Force Visits Churches, Reveals Pictures Today
After a long stay at home as a government lockdown of all worship centers due to a pandemic. Today, the FCT churches were reopened as the federal government declared the re-opening of worship centers.

After the removal of restrictions on places of worship in the country, the churches of the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja were reopened on Sunday.

In March, the Federal Government shut down all the religious centers in the country as part of measures to stop the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
The social distancing was followed and the pictures were shown in one of the Churches in FCT.

However, the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 on Monday announced the easing of lockdown on Churches

Our correspondent, who visited some of the churches in Abuja on Sunday, noted that worshippers wore masks on their faces and observed social distance during the service.
At the entrance of the Church, washing of hands before entering church premises were adhered to while temperature checking was also carried out before they had access to worship halls.

The turnout was very low, though. Perhaps people are still afraid of the Pandemics, or the morality has yet to come back because of a long stay at home. VERYCONCERN reports.
